To guide participants toward a shift in perspective: from seeing life as unfair or random to viewing every experience as an opportunity for growth and meaning. Using the core principles of logotherapy, participants will learn how to reflect, question, and act with intention.
Every experience is an opportunity to understand yourself better and make intentional choices to move forward

Everything I teach comes from lived experience — not theory.
For over 20 years, I built and ran a successful clothing brand, designing both clothes and company policies around people’s real needs. Using strategy, analysis, and a deep understanding of psychology and human behavior, I mentored hundreds of employees and helped thousands of customers find what worked for them — not just in how they looked, but in how they felt.
While I was building on the outside, I was also rebuilding on the inside — transforming through divorce, co-dependency, remarriage, and the blending of families.
Along the way, I embodied the same tools I now share with others — drawing from logotherapy, mindset work, healing practices, and leadership development — to move from survival to intentional living, from running a business to truly leading a life.
I’ve proven I can build — now I help others build themselves.
Teaching isn’t new to me; it’s what I’ve always done — now I simply do it in a more intentional way.
Over the years, I’ve experienced challenges, learned lessons, and embraced change that led me to a life of clarity, purpose, and peace. These aren’t just concepts I studied; they’re principles I’ve lived, tested, and continue to practice every day.
My goal isn’t to give you the answers — it’s to give you the tools, insight, and support to find your own.
I know what it’s like to feel stuck, overwhelmed, or misunderstood — to see a deeper picture and still be led in the wrong direction. I also know how powerful it is to live with intention and meaning.
I’m here to support you in doing exactly that — turning your experiences into growth while staying true to every nuance of who you are.
Life is like a game of chess. There’s no single “right” way to play — but you do need to understand the rules. Who are the players? What’s the goal? What are the boundaries? Once you know that, how you play becomes a choice, move by move. Sometimes progress means moving forward, and other times it means stepping back so you can advance in a better way.
Life is about growth. It’s not about the endgame as much as it is about the journey. Too often, people move through life reacting to what’s around them without clarity — and end up playing someone else’s game, following rules that were never theirs. Knowledge doesn’t mean you’ll never stumble; it means you’ll understand why you’re making the moves you make. It gives your choices direction and keeps you aligned when life shifts unexpectedly.
Life isn’t about avoiding challenges — it’s about how you face them. Every move looks different, because no game — and no day — is ever the same. Something that works one day may not work the next, because the pieces keep shifting. And every time you start over, you’re not starting from zero — you’re beginning again on a higher level, carrying the wisdom and experience you’ve already gained.
Every situation asks: What choice will you make? Will you act with awareness, with strategy, with meaning? When you approach each move this way, even setbacks become part of your progress. As long as you keep choosing with intention, you’re not just playing the game — you’re growing wiser with every step, gaining knowledge, resilience, and experience.
That’s when life stops feeling random — and starts becoming meaningful.
When I started this, I just wanted to create spaces where people could pause, recharge, and come back to life with something real — not another “fix,” but a moment that actually stays with them. Over time, I realized most people don’t really know how to do that. We’re not taught how to understand ourselves, how to notice what we feel, or how to use our own experiences as teachers. That’s why I built Your Experience — to offer guidance, knowledge, and support that help people reconnect to themselves and find meaning through the life they’re already living. I don’t fully know where this journey is going yet, but I know it’s driven by purpose — to help people connect , evolve , and live with intention. My hope is that through each experience, one life at a time, we’ll start to change the way people experience themselves, and ultimately, the world around them
